Matchup:
The Express look to get back on track against the Toledo Walleye tonight at the Sears Centre Arena following back-to-back home losses against South Carolina and Kalamazoo. After scoring nine goals in their first two games, the Express have seen struggles offensively, scoring three times in their last two contests. The Walleye have seen their own struggles to start the year, dropping their first two games by a combined score of 11-4. Toledo earned their first win against South Carolina last Saturday when they defeated the Stingrays 3-2. The Express and Walleye faced off in Chicago's first game in club history, which the Express won 5-1.
Express Notes:
Kalamazoo's second period goal last night marked the first time all season the Express have surrendered a second period goal... The Express are outscoring their opponents 8-5 from the second period on... Chicago has scored the first goal of the game just one time in their first four matchups, when F Kyle Ostrow scored 33 seconds in the inaugural home game on Oct. 22... LW Blair Riley was held without a point for the first time all season last night.
