DES MOINES - The Iowa Barnstormers will open the 2022 Indoor Football League (IFL) season on the road against the Quad City Steamwheelers this Friday, March 18 at the TaxSlayer Center in Moline, Illinois. Kickoff is set for 7:05 p.m. CST.
The Iowa Barnstormers will make their 2022 debut on the road against the Quad City Steamwheelers under the leadership of Head Coach Dave Mogensen.
Last week, the Steamwheelers fell 35-24 to the Sioux Falls Storm in their opening game of the 2022 season. This game will serve as their home opener, their first game in Quad City since June of 2019.
This is the first of three regular season matchups between the Barnstormers and the Steamwheelers.

The Barnstormers return home to Wells Fargo Arena in their 2022 home opener on Saturday, April 2. Season Tickets remain on sale for as low as $96 per seat and individual game tickets are also on sale. Call the Barnstormers front office at 515-633-2255 for more information.
