The Capital City Go-Go square off against the Maine Celtics in their second matchup of the year.
The two teams met in the season opener on November 10, in a game which the Go-Go emerged victorious 137-127 behind double-doubles from both Jules Benard and Hamidou Diallo. The game was the team's sixth-highest scoring in franchise history and served as a precursor for the hot start they've been off to this season, beginning 5-2. The Go-Go have since rallied off wins against the Blue Coats, the Skyhawks, and are coming off of a two-game road-series sweep of the Raptors 905.
The Maine Celtics are looking to regroup, coming off of back-to-back losses against the Westchester Knicks and the Raptors 905. The team is led by guard JD Davison, who is averaging a team-high 25.7 PPG this season. In the team's December 1 loss against the Raptors 905, Davison finished the afternoon with a team-high 23 points.
