Seattle Sounders FC News Release
Following a 2-1 home loss to Portland on Sunday, Sounders FC (10-6-5, 35 points) hits the road for a matchup with the Houston Dynamo (9-9-3, 30 points) on Saturday evening at BBVA Stadium (5:00 p.m. PT / JOEtv, YouTube TV, 950 KJR AM, El Rey 1360 AM).
Cristian Roldan scored the lone goal in Seattle's 1-0 win over Houston at CenturyLink Field on May 11 (Jane Gershovich / Seattle Sounders FC).
Saturday's match is being broadcast locally on JOEtv and regionally on YouTube TV, featuring Keith Costigan, Steve Zakuani and Michelle Ludtka on the call. Sports Radio 950 KJR AM is airing the contest, with Matt Johnson on play-by-play and Pete Fewing providing analyst commentary, in addition to Jackson Felts and Danny Jackson providing pre-match, halftime and post-match coverage from the studio. Fans in Western Washington can tune in to El Rey 1360 AM for a Spanish radio broadcast, featuring "Zuper" Mario Rodriguez, Felipe Maqueda and Carlos Tapia.
Following Saturday's match, Brian Schmetzer's side returns home to CenturyLink Field to take on Sporting Kansas City on Sunday, August 4 (7:00 p.m. PT / FS1, YouTube TV, 950 KJR AM, El Rey 1360 AM).
