Medicine Hat, AB - The Medicine Hat Tigers make their way down Highway 3 to battle the Lethbridge Hurricanes for the first of two meeting with their Central Division rivals this week.
The Tigers (19-8-2) starting the final week before the Christmas Break with an eight point lead over Hurricanes (15-12-2) as Lethbridge sits third in the division while the Tigers will look for their fourth straight win following a weekend sweep against Edmonton. While the Hurricanes are coming off a split against the Swift Current Broncos.
This is the second of an eventual nine meetings with the Hurricanes before the 2023-2024 WHL season comes to a close. The Hurricanes did get first blood in their only meeting with Medicine Hat on November 3. In a 4-3 overtime triumph over the Tigers.
