ALBANY, NY -- So far this season, the St. John's IceCaps have had the Albany Devils number. Albany is 1-4-0-0 against their divisional rival, but entering Wednesday's 7 pm contest at Times Union Center the Devils have the momentum of a five-game winning streak on their side.
- The Devils have the second-best record in the AHL, Eastern Conference and North Division at 31-13-7-0 (.676). The IceCaps are tied for 10th in the conference and tied for fourth in the division at 23-21-7-3 (.519).
- Albany is 19-5-3-0 at home, while St. John's is 11-13-2-2 on the road.
