WHEN: Friday, March 17, 2017 @ 7:00 PM

WHERE: Glens Falls Civic Center - Glens Falls, NY

TONIGHT'S MATCHUP: The Thunder open up a three-in-three set at home this weekend with two crucial North Division games against the Wheeling Nailers. Adirondack is currently six points ahead of Wheeling for the fourth and final playoff spot in the division with Adirondack also holding one game in hand. This weekend's games will be the only meetings between the two teams this season.

THE DROP OF A HAT: Adirondack has now collected a hat trick in back-to-back games as forward Brian Ward scored three goals in Sunday's loss to Brampton. Ward's hat trick, the first of his professional career, came less than 24 hours after Peter MacArthur netted three goals on Saturday in a win over Manchester. The Thunder have now amassed six hat tricks this season (MacArthur x2, Ward, Phil Lane, Stepan Falkovsky and Mikkel Aagaard).

BIG MAC: Thunder captain Peter MacArthur collected eight points (4-4-8) over his team's three games last week. The 5-11 forward collected multiple points in each of the three games, including three points on both Friday (1-2-3) and Saturday (3-0-3) against Manchester. On the season, MacArthur leads the Thunder with 54 points (20-34-54) from 55 games played.

SWEET SIXTEEN: The Thunder and Beast combined for 16 goals in Sunday's game, the most goals between two teams in a game in Thunder franchise history. Adirondack netted seven goals which marked the sixth time this season they have scored seven or more. Adirondack set a franchise record on 2/12 with 10 goals against the Monarchs.

HAMMERIN' HANK: Thunder alternate captain James Henry collected three points (2-1-3) on Sunday, his second three-point outing of the season. Henry's two goals also marked a season high and the veteran forward now has 43 points (18-25-43) on the season, ranking him second on the team in scoring. The 43 points also ties a career season high, previously set in the 2014-15 season with the Stockton Thunder.

RAGIN' ROOKIES: Adirondack picked up two more NCAA products last week as Brian Morgan and Tim Harrison were added to the roster. Morgan joins the Thunder after he collected 14 points (7-7-14) in his senior season with the University of Connecticut. Harrison, a 2013 sixth-round draft pick of the Calgary Flames, comes to the Thunder after four seasons at Colgate University, where he led the Raiders with 11 goals this season.

CARRI ON MY WAYWARD SON: Adirondack welcomes back forward Alex Carrier, now with the Wheeling Nailers, to the GFCC tonight. Carrier skated in 47 games with the Thunder a season ago, a career high, and also set career best marks in goals (5), assists (8) and points (13). The 6-3 winger has collected 11 points (3-8-11) in 38 ECHL games this season, split between Utah, Orlando and Wheeling.
