Game 3 Versus Saints a Loss, 11-5

Milwaukee Milkmen News Release
The Milkmen showed a great deal of heart and offense, but too many untimely walks from the pitching staff made it hard for Milwaukee to continue tallying the runs.
The Milkmen donned the jerseys of the "Cropdusters", which was the second place name for our team, celebrating runners-up everywhere.
A spark was lit early by Adam Walker with an RBI double in the first.
The Saints would tie the game in the second, but Garrett Copeland put the boys back on top with a two run bomb in the third.
Milwaukee pitching started to slow in the fifth letting up 7 runs. The Milkmen scored in the fifth with Manny Boscan driving in a run off a fielder's choice. Boscan also scored the final run with an RBI single.
Jordan Kraus (4-3) was the starter for Milwaukee. He went 4.2 innings allowing 7 hits, 8 runs (all earned), 3 walks and 2 strikeouts.
The Milkmen have been on a bit of a losing streak (27-42), but hope for a change fortune as they take to the road for their next two series against the Gary SouthShore RailCats and the Chicago Dogs.
They then return home to take on the Winnipeg Goldeyes in a three game set. There will be two games on Friday, August 9th (each game will last 7 innings), with 4:05 and 7:05 pm first pitches.
Also, join us at Routine Field on August 9th for another Boom with a Beat to Country music! For more information, visit milwaukeemilkmen.com.
