CARY, NC (August 5th, 2014) - The Carolina RailHawks announced the signing of former Elon University and Triangle Futbol Club (TFC) stand-out, Gabe Latigue, for the remaining of the 2014 Season. A member of the RailHawks U-23's team that captured the 2011 USASA Men's U-23 Region III and National Championships, Latigue returns to the Triangle after spending most of the 2013 season on loan to the Rochester Rhinos (USL Pro) from Major League Soccer's New England Revolution.
