
Furnish Promoted to Birmingham

WINSTON-SALEM, NC (JULY 22, 2011) - The Winston-Salem Dash announced today that Dash pitcher Brad Furnish has been promoted to AA Birmingham. There is no corresponding roster move at this time.
In three games (two starts), Furnish was 0-2 with a 13.50 ERA. He was signed as a minor league free agent earlier this month and assigned to Winston-Salem on July 2.
The Dash roster is currently at 24 players, one below the Carolina League limit.
