Fronts Acquire a Pair of Forwards in Two Separate Deals

Kingston- The Kingston Frontenacs have acquired Cameron Hough from the Sarnia Sting and Dawson Baker from the Sudbury Wolves. In exchange for Hough, the Sting will receive an 11th round pick in 2021 (KGN). Sudbury will receive a 5th round pick in 2019 (SBY), as well as a conditional 6th round pick in 2023 (KGN).

"These deals give us much needed depth not only this year, but also in the future" said General Manager Darren Keily.

Hough, a 6'2â=80", 185 lbs forward from Stouffville, ON was drafted by the Sarnia Sting 257th overall in the 2016 OHL Priority Selection. He has played in 28 OHL games with the Sting scoring 2 goals and 1 assist.

Baker is a 6'0â=80", 175 lbs forward from Baltimore, ON. He was drafted 63rd overall in the 2016 OHL Priority Selection by the Sudbury Wolves. During the 2017-18 season he recorded 6 goals and 7 assists in 61 games with Sudbury.

"We look forward to having a young, competitive team that will grow together and these players fit that mold" said Keily.

The Frontenacs open their season on Thursday night in Peterborough against the Petes. The Home Opener is the following night, September 21st, at the Leon's Centre against the Oshawa Generals. Tickets for the home opener can be purchased at Ticketmaster.ca.
