Arkansas Travelers News Release
Frisco, TX - An early four run deficit was too much for the Arkansas Travelers to overcome as they dropped the series finale to the Frisco RoughRiders, 5-4, on Tuesday night. The loss gave the series win to Frisco, three games to one and handed the Travs a losing road trip to the Lone Star State. Justin Dunn was tagged for five runs over five innings and took the loss.
Moments That Mattered
* Frisco built their lead to four scoring three times in the third inning and another in the fourth.
* Arkansas clawed back with two in the fifth and another in the sixth, scoring that time on a wild pitch with two out. However, the Travs had just one hit over the game's final three innings.
Notable Travs Performances
* LF Kyle Lewis: 1-4, 2 RBI
* 2B Jordan Cowan: 2-4, run
