
Friday's Indians-Knights Game Suspended

FORT MILL, S.C. -- Friday night's International League contest between the Indianapolis Indians and Charlotte Knights was suspended at the end of the fifth inning due to rain at Knights Stadium. The game was tied at 0-0 when play was interrupted and will resume at the top of the sixth inning on Saturday, May 29 at 6:00 p.m.
After the conclusion of the suspended game, Saturday's regularly scheduled game will be played as a full nine-inning contest.
Both of Saturday evening's contests will be carried by WXLW-950 AM and at IndyIndians.com with Howard Kellman and Scott McCauley on the call. The pre-game show begins at 5:40 p.m.
Indianapolis RHP Jeremy Powell and Charlotte RHP Daniel Hudson are the probable starters for the regularly-scheduled contest.
