Fresno Grizzlies Announce 2011 Home Schedule

FRESNO, CA - With only four home games remaining in the 2010 regular season at Chukchansi Park, the Fresno Grizzlies are excited to announce their home dates for the 2011 Pacific Coast League season. The 72-game home schedule will include the Grizzlies annual Fourth of July game and the return of the Albuquerque Isotopes, the Triple-A affiliate of the Los Angeles Dodgers.
The Grizzlies will begin their 14th year as a franchise and their 10th season of play at Chukchansi Park in Downtown Fresno on Thursday, April 7th. Opening Day 2011 will kick off an eight-game homestand featuring visits from the Las Vegas 51s and Tacoma Rainiers.
Of the 72 home games scheduled for 2010, the Grizzlies will host 11 Friday and 10 Saturday games. Fresno will host its every-other-year homestand with Albuquerque from Friday, August 12th through Monday, August 15th. The Grizzlies will close the season on the road, playing their final five home games against the rival Sacramento River Cats Wednesday, August 24th through Sunday, August 28th. The complete 2011 PCL schedule, including road games and game times, will be released at a later date. The Grizzlies award-winning promotional schedule will be released at the beginning of next year.
