Toledo Walleye News Release
Toledo, OH - The Detroit Red Wings have reassigned defenseman Gleason Fournier (glee-son, four-knee-ay) to the Grand Rapids Griffins from the Toledo Walleye.
Fournier returns to Grand Rapids after appearing in all four games last week with Toledo. Fournier did not collect a point in Toledo, but was a plus one. He appeared in three games earlier this season with the Griffins.
The Toledo Walleye will return home on November 30th to host the Kalamazoo Wings at the Huntington Center. Bring a stuffed animal to help shower the ice after the Walleye score their first goal. All bears will be donated to Lucas County Children's Services and distributed to local children. Tickets are on sale now online at www.toledowalleye.com, or call 419-725-9255.
