Kenosha, Wis. - With a tie game at 7-7 in the top half of the 10th inning, dense fog rolled in from Lake Michigan prompting play at Historic Simmons Field to be suspended. Matt Beaty had a 3-1 count, runners on 2nd and 3rd, no-body out when play was suspended. The game will be resumed in the top of the 10th on August 4th at 5:30 PM.

A couple of bases-loaded walks for each the Kingfish and Bullfrogs put each team on the board early. The Bullfrogs took the lead in the 3rd inning when Kingfish starter Dillion Mazzoccoli (Blinn College) balked in a run, then walked Ryan Koziol (Gulf Coast State) allowing new shortstop Julian Russell (Chicago State) to score. Russell ended the evening 3-5.

The Green Bay Bullfrogs will head back to Joannes Stadium to begin a four game, home and home series with the Wisconsin Rapids Rafters. First pitch is scheduled for 3:05 PM in Green Bay.

Making his third start of the year for the Bullfrogs is Corey Fischer (Madison College). With a record of 1-0 and an ERA at 3.64, Fischer is looking to repeat his performance in his Bullfrogs debut when he allowed only one run in six strong innings.

Starting for the Wisconsin Rapids Rafters will be sophomore Jon Malmin (Texas). The lefty Malmin, will be making his 4th start for the Rafters, posting a solid 1.44 ERA over five games, resulting in a record of 1-1.
