BLUEFIELD, W.V. - The Greeneville Flyboys picked up a season-high 14 runs and 15 hits to beat the Bluefield Ridge Runners, 14-4, and split the series Friday night.

The Ridge Runners (2-6) scored the game's first two runs in the second inning, but the Flyboy's (4-6) offense went on to score the next 14 runs unanswered to blowout Bluefield in the series finale.

Greeneville's offense had 51 plate appearances in the game and everyone in the lineup reached base at least once. Seven different players scored at least one run, and eight different players picked up at least one hit.

Wallace Clark broke out in a big way in his fourth game with the team. The Oklahoma player was 0-for-11 coming into the game, but Clark picked up two hits, three RBIs and reached base four times. He also made a couple stellar defensive plays in the field including a 360-spin to turn a double play in the seventh inning and a leaping grab to end the eighth.

Jack Mosh also had another big game at the plate. Mosh was 3-for-4 with an RBI and two runs scored. Mosh has now reached base at least four times in each of his last three starts.

Nick Barone continued to produce from the cleanup spot. Barone scored three times and knocked in two to reach 10 runs scored and nine runs batted in this year. Both numbers lead the team.

On the mound, Drew Sliwinski started for Greeneville and gave up two runs through four innings. Jack Dyke (1-0), in his second day with the team, made his first appearance. The Northwestern product did not disappoint as he tossed three scoreless innings and picked up the win in relief.

Up next, the Flyboys will continue their six-game road stand Saturday night against the Danville Otterbots (7-3). The two teams will play on Saturday and Sunday in Danville with first pitch for Saturday scheduled for 7 p.m. A link to listen to the game can be found on the Flyboys website.
