
Flames Reassign Hugo Carpentier To Abbotsford

West Valley City, Utah - Utah Grizzlies Head Coach and Director of Hockey Operations Kevin Colley announced today that forward Hugo Carpentier has been reassigned by the Calgary Flames from the Grizzlies to the AHL's Abbotsford Heat.
Carpentier had three goals and five assists with Utah in 14 games after joining the team from Abbotsford December 5. With the Heat in 20 games before joining the Grizzlies, the 2006 Flames draft pick played in 21 games and had six assists and 25 penalty minutes.
Utah is back in action Wednesday in Idaho as they play game six of their eight-game road trip. Face-off is scheduled for 7:10 p.m.
The Grizzlies return home Friday, January 22 to host Ontario at the E-Center at 7:05 p.m.
