
Five MNUFC Players Called into International Duty

GOLDEN VALLEY, Minn. - Minnesota United today announced Francisco Calvo, Jan Gregus, Rasmus Schuller, Romario Ibarra and Romain Metanire are being called up for international play for the Costa Rica, Slovakia, Finland, Ecuador and Madagascar national teams, respectively, from March 17-26.
All five internationals started the first two games of the 2019 MLS season for MNUFC and all have been integral to the club's 2-0 record. Calvo and Romario each scored their first goals of the season in game one against Vancouver while Gregus, Schuller and Metanire are part of a defense that shut out San Jose.
