First Place Tips Host Tri-City, Seattle in Back-To-Back U.S. Division Showdown, Packed Weekend and Packed Crowds

EVERETT, Wash. - The Everett Silvertips (@WHLSilvertips), proud member of the Western Hockey League, are scheduled to host the Tri-City Americans tonight at 7:35 p.m. and the Seattle Thunderbirds tomorrow, 7:05 p.m. for Navy Night presented by The Smile Generation. Doors for both games in downtown Everett will open at 6:00 p.m.

Among the events scheduled:

FRIDAY

Hockey Happy Hour (Broad Stroke Associates): Ticket specials offer a free beverage for as low as $24, which includes a complimentary choice of draft beer, house wine, fountain drink, or bottled water. Doors open extra early, 90 minutes before puck drop.

Trading Card Giveaway (Mountain Pacific Bank): a collectible, packaged, complete set of Silvertips trading cards for the 2018-19 season, free to the first 1,000 fans in attendance.

Seattle Storm Night: Visit the 2018 WNBA Championship trophy for a photo stop with the Seattle Storm, paying a visit to Silvertip Country for the evening.

Judd & Black Super Fridays: one lucky fan in attendance will receive a free electronic prize package built by Judd & Black.

Season Ticket Holder renewal giveaway: One lucky season ticket holder (with completed renewal for the 2019-20 season) will be awarded a mystery gift presented by Judd & Black. All Tips season "memberships" from 2018-19 are automatically entered to win.

SATURDAY

Navy Night (The Smile Generation): TICKETS ARE EXTREMELY LIMITED. The Silvertips will conduct fundraising and awareness for local sailors of Snohomish County, where ticket proceeds and purchases from Navy Night merchandise will benefit the Navy Recruiting District Seattle First Class Officers Association. Commemorative event pucks are on sale starting at $10 (autographed for $20) and collectible event challenge coins are available for $10 along with tickets at www.everettsilvertips.com/navy

Navy Night swear-in ceremony: Enlisted service members of the United States Navy will be sworn in for duty during a live ceremony along the ice, during the first intermission.

Season Ticket Holder renewal giveaway: One lucky season ticket holder (with completed renewal for the 2019-20 season) will be awarded a mystery gift presented by Judd & Black. All Tips season "memberships" from 2018-19 are automatically entered to win.

Signature Saturday (Mountain Pacific Bank): All fans in attendance are invited to remain on the concourse after the game for an autograph / photo session with Tips players Dawson Butt, Conrad Mitchell, Max Palaga, and Jalen Price (fans are asked to limit autographs to two per person).

The Silvertips, currently with 88 points and first place in the Western Conference and U.S. Division, are fifth in WHL attendance with 5,402 fans per game.
