Fireworks, Anna Jack & Real Men Wear Pink Return This Weekend
July 5, 2007 - Canadian American League (Can-Am)
Brockton Rox News Release
After a six game roadtrip to New Jersey and Sussex, the Rox return home to Brockton for a four game series against the Can-Am Grays starting this Friday. Just in case you missed them on the 4th of July, the Rox will launch their very own fireworks display tomorrow night following the game. First pitch is scheduled for 7:05 PM.
The Rox continue the series against the Grays on Saturday, July 7th as it is Real Men Wear Pink Night II and the return of Anna Jack, all courtesy of Marylou's Coffee. The players will be dressed in pink uniforms for the 2nd Annual Real Men Wear Pink Night. The game-worn jerseys will be available to bid on through a Shirts Off Our Backs Jersey Auction with the proceeds going towards the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. Back by popular demand, Anna Jack makes a return to Campanelli Stadium. Anna instantly became a fan favorite last season as a hula hoop artist that has appeared on the The Late Show with David Letterman and is able to work with over 30 hula hoops at once! First pitch against the Grays is scheduled for 7:05PM.
Sunday, July 8th is a Charlie Brown themed Family Funday! Dress up as your favorite Peanuts character and enjoy pre-game pony rides in the ticket plaza, catch on the field, a post-game running of the bases, and a Rox team autograph session. First pitch is scheduled for 5:05 PM.
The Rox wrap up the weekend series on Monday, July 9th. It's American Red Cross Night at Campanelli as the Rox take on the Can-Am Grays. First pitch is scheduled for 7:05 PM.
Don't miss out on all the fun at Campanelli Stadium as tickets are still available by calling the Rox Ticket Office at (508) 559-7070.
