[FAYETTEVILLE, N.C.] – The Cape Fear FireAntz of the Southern Professional Hockey League (SPHL) announced today the signings of forward Adam Solnik and goalie Rajevve Bhangoo.

Solnik, a 6'1'' 195 pound forward out of Etobicoke, Ontario, is entering his second year in professional hockey. Last season with the Rockford IceHogs of the UHL Solnik tallied 4 goals and 12 assists for 16 points. He also had 15 penalty minutes.

"Adam had a good first year in Rockford." Head Coach Derek Booth said, "He is going to fit in perfectly with our team chemistry."

Bhangoo, a 5'11'' 155 pound goalie from Caladon East, Ontario is getting his first experience at the professional level. Last year Bhangoo played for the Wentworth Leopards, a Division III team in the ECAC Northeast. Bhangoo had a 10-8 record with a 2.90 goals against average and a .914 save percentage.

"Bhangoo had a very impressive save percentage last year in Wentworth." Booth added, "He is excited about playing professional hockey and we are excited about having him here."
