FRISCO, Texas - The Frisco Fighters head coach, Billy Back, announced the signing of defensive lineman Julian Rochester and offensive lineman Netori Johnson for the 2023 season.

Rochester, a native of Mableton, Georgia, began his collegiate career in 2016 at the University of Georgia. The 6-foot-5, 300 pound defensive lineman made a career-high of eight tackles against Kentucky in his first season as a Bulldog.

"Julian is a big athletic player on the defensive line, his length, quickness and power will be a problem for whoever goes against him," said Back. "We are excited to add him to the defensive side of the ball."

Johnson began his collegiate career at the University of Georgia in 2017 before transferring to Middle Tennessee State in Conference USA in 2021. The 6-foot-4, 320 pound Ellenwood, Georgia native recorded 19 games played at the University of Georgia. Johnson was then named to the PFF All-Conference USA on the Honorable Mention team in 2021 at Middle Tennessee.

"Netori brings power and one heck of a base with him," said Back. "He's very sound in the run game and equally as good in pass pro. He can play defensive line if needed, he's that quick. He's got great feet and will add to an already stacked offense."

"Both of these guys have been coached and have played at the highest of levels in college football and we are excited to help these guy take their next steps in their careers."

The Frisco Fighters return to the field in March 2023. Squadron Memberships and single game tickets are on sale now.
