Fiberpipe to Provide High Definition Coverage

BOISE, Idaho, November 23, 2011 - The Idaho Stampede announced today a partnership with Fiberpipe to broadcast the team's final six Friday games in HD format on KTRV Channel 12.

"We are extremely excited to expand our partnership with the Stampede to include live coverage of professional basketball in HD delivered to the local community," said Fiberpipe CEO and President Ken Birch. "Our HD production, in conjunction with our broadcasting partnership with KTRV, has proven to be very successful this fall with live high school football and we are extremely pleased to continue the momentum with exciting Stampede basketball coverage on Friday nights."

Fiberpipe will produce eight Stampede Friday games, as well as every home game for the NBA Futurecast webcast shown on nba.com/futurecast.

"We have had a long-running, fantastic relationship with Fiberpipe," Stampede President and GM Steve Brandes said. "Their production crew is the best in the business and this addition of HD will only increase our exposure and help us reach more Stampede viewers.
