FC Tulsa News Release
TULSA - FC Tulsa and Saint Francis Tulsa Tough are partnering to make this June's city-wide cycling festival the biggest yet. The club announced on Thursday that it will be a Presenting Sponsor for Tulsa Tough, which will be held across Tulsa on June 11-13.
"We are thrilled for the city of Tulsa to return to hosting big events like Saint Francis Tulsa Tough," said FC Tulsa president James Cannon. "Tulsa Tough is a staple event that brings together Tulsans throughout our city. Making sure Tulsa's premier pro sports team is ingrained with Tulsa Tough in June was a priority for us as we continue to grow in our community."
As a Presenting Sponsor, FC Tulsa will be featured prominently across all of Tulsa Tough's events during the three days of races. Saturday's featured race, or "criterium" as it's known in the cycling community, near FC Tulsa's home of ONEOK Field will be named the FC Tulsa Arts District Criterium. Each of the Pro Men and Pro Women podium finishers of that Criterium will be presented with custom FC Tulsa jerseys to commemorate their accomplishment.
"With their focus on helping make our community a better place to live, work and play, partnering with FC Tulsa was a natural fit for us", said Malcolm McCollam, Executive Director of Tulsa Tough. "We're so proud and excited to partner with the FC Tulsa organization for the FC Tulsa Arts District Criterium, and hope to see everyone, June 11-13 for the 15th Saint Francis Tulsa Tough."
FC Tulsa Season Ticket Members can look forward to the opportunity to win exclusive VIP access to Tulsa Tough events through FC Tulsa's Presenting Sponsorship, as the club rewards its most invested fans with the best benefits.
More information on FC Tulsa's involvement with Saint Francis Tulsa Tough will be announced in the coming weeks. Follow @FCTulsa on Twitter, Instagram and Facebook for the latest news and information on the club.
