FC Dallas (13-5-7, 46 points) visits the San Jose Earthquakes (3-14-8, 17 points) on Wednesday, August 29, 2018. This is the second of two MLS meetings between these clubs this season. Dallas lost to San Jose 3-1 on August 4 at Toyota Stadium. Dallas returns to Toyota Stadium to host the Houston Dynamo on Saturday, September 1, 2018 in a match presented by Toyota.
