
Chicago Fire Fall 4-0 to FC Bayern Munich in Bastian Schweinsteiger Testimonial Match

MUNICH, Germany - The Chicago Fire fell 4-0 to reigning German Bundesliga champions FC Bayern Munich in Bastian Schweinsteiger's testimonial match on Tuesday evening at the Allianz Arena in Munich. Schweinsteiger captained the Fire for the first half and represented his former side in the second half.
Serge Gnabry opened scoring for the hosts in the seventh minute with a low, driven shot that deflected off a Fire defender and into goal.
Sandro Wagner doubled the lead in the 38th minute with his header on the far post.
Bayern pulled ahead 3-0 with Arjen Robben's left-footed shot in the 63rd minute.
On a night celebrating his career, Schweinsteiger capped off scoring in the 83rd minute to give Bayern the 4-0 win.
