
FC Dallas Hosts Colorado Rapids in 2021 Home Opener on April 17

FRISCO, Texas - FC Dallas will host the Colorado Rapids on Saturday, April 17 at 7PM CT at Toyota Stadium in a match presented by MTX. The match will broadcast locally on the FCDTV Network and on ESPN+ outside the Dallas-Ft. Worth market.
This is the first time FC Dallas has started its regular season on April 17, surpassing the club's 1996 season opener on April 14, 1996. It will also be the eighth time in franchise history that FC Dallas will start the season in April and the first time since the 2007 season.
FC Dallas is 14-4-7 in home openers all-time and is unbeaten at Toyota Stadium in home openers since 2010. FC Dallas is 25-8-6 all-time against the Rapids in the Dallas-Ft. Worth area and 34-24-17 all-time in league matches. This will be the fourth time FC Dallas will face Colorado in a season opener and the first time since 2013. FC Dallas has two wins (1998, 2013) and one draw (2004) against the Rapids in season openers.
FC Dallas will also travel to Earthquakes Stadium on Saturday, April 24 to face the San Jose Earthquakes in FC Dallas' first road match of the season. The match will kick off at 2:30PM CT on Univision.
The remainder of FC Dallas' 2021 regular season schedule and local broadcast details will be announced at a later date.
SINGLE MATCH TICKETS
Tickets for the 2021 home opener will go on sale following the release of the entire 2021 schedule. There will be a limited amount of tickets available to the general public for each match. Fans interested in joining the FC Dallas Wait List for the 2021 home opener against the Colorado Rapids and 2021 season can register HERE. Fans who join the wait list will receive:
