
FC Cincinnati Loan Defender Avionne Flanagan to Orange County SC

CINCINNATI - FC Cincinnati have loaned defender Avionne Flanagan to Orange County SC for the 2021 USL Championship season. FC Cincinnati has the right to terminate the loan at any time.
Flanagan, 22, played three full seasons at South Florida (2017-19) prior to being drafted, where he made 48 appearances, including 41 starts, scoring four goals and adding seven assists. The defender was named to the AAC All-Conference First Team in 2019 following his junior campaign. Flanagan made an additional three appearances for the Bulls this season prior to joining FC Cincinnati for preseason.
FC Cincinnati announced the signing of Flanagan - the No. 29 overall selection in the 2021 MLS SuperDraft - on Wednesday, April 7.
FC Cincinnati will return to action this weekend when the club heads to Fort Lauderdale, Fla. to play the Montreal Impact at DRV PNK Stadium on Saturday, May 22. Kickoff is set for 1 p.m. ET, and the game will be televised on WSTR 64, carried on the radio on ESPN1530, streamed regionally on fccincinnati.com/stream, out of market on ESPN+, while an audio stream will be available via the iHeartRadio app.
