
Fans Choice Awards Set For March 16th

Moncton, NB - The stage is set for the 13th annual Moncton Wildcats Fans Choice Award Gala at the Capital Theatre on Monday, March 16th.
The evening will be presented by the Times&Transcript. It promises to be an evening of fun and excitement, with the team, coaching staff and entire Wildcats organization on hand. The evening kicks off with a reception at 6:30 followed by the awards ceremony beginning at 7:00 p.m.
Fans of the Wildcats will select their choice for the various award winners with ballots appearing in the Times&Transcript starting this week. Voting can also be done by visiting the Wildcats website at www.moncton-wildcats.com. Fans will have until the end of the Rivalry Cup game between the Wildcats and Saint John Sea Dogs on Tuesday, March 10th to cast their ballots.
"The Fans Choice Awards Gala will be a celebration of a very successful regular season, and a kick off to the playoffs" said General Manager Bill Schurman. "The Wildcats have enjoyed an outstanding regular season, setting records in a number of categories. It's a night where fans and players can mingle with each other in a very motivational atmosphere.
Tickets for the evening for season ticket holders will be $15.00, general adult admission is set at $20.00 and the price for children under 12 will be $10.00
Tickets can be purchased at Fan Services during Wildcats home games, the Wildcats office, Capitol Theatre, Frank's Music, Théatre l'Escaouette, Botsford Street and the Student Centre at the University of Moncton.
