Fan Appreciation Night Game Preview: Guelph Storm vs. Erie Otters

The Guelph Storm will take on the Erie Otters on Friday March 15th at 7:30pm to wrap up their final regular season home game at the Sleeman Centre. Friday's game is also Fan Appreciation Night, as the Guelph Storm celebrate their final regular season home game and the first 4,000 fans will receive a Guelph Storm playoff t-shirt!

Guelph is heading into Friday's game in 4th place in the Western Conference and will have home ice advantage against the Kitchener Rangers in the first round of the playoffs. The Erie Otters are in 9th place in the Western Conference and are fighting for the final playoff spot heading into this weekend. The Otters are 2 points back of the 8th place Windsor Spitfires and 3 points back of the 7th place Sarnia Sting in the Western Conference. The Guelph Storm have a head to head record of 2-0-2-0 against the Otters, while Erie has a record of 2-1-1-0 in their 4 games heading into Friday's matchup. The Storm and the Otters will both wrap up their seasons on Saturday March 16th in Erie.
