Falcons sign RW Littlejohn to PTO

Springfield, MA – The Springfield Falcons of the American Hockey League (AHL) today announced that the club has signed right wing Frank Littlejohn to a professional tryout agreement. The forward will be available to play for the Falcons today when the team faces the Worcester IceCats at the Centrum Centre.

Littlejohn, 27, has registered 46 points including a team-leading 28 goals in 54 games with the Adirondack IceHawks of the United Hockey League (UHL) this season. The native of Oshawa, Ontario also leads the club with 218 penalty minutes (PIM). Littlejohn is ranked second all-time on the IceHawks' all-time lists for points (206) and goals (116) in 257 games played over four seasons with the club. The 5'11", 185-pound forward played five games with the Rochester Americans (AHL) during the 2001-02 campaign, collecting 10 PIM.
