Extra Innings For Bryan Hall Luau Night

June 3, 2010 - Golden Baseball League (GBL)
Edmonton Capitals News Release

Baseball fans will get their fill of Bryan Hall at TELUS Field Thursday. It's going to be an extended version of Bryan Hall Luau night at the Edmonton Capitals game. It wasn't exactly a tropical storm that the islands are used to but TELUS Field got a taste of Hawaiian weather Wednesday forcing the Capitals and Maui Na Koa Ikaika to suspend their game in the fifth inning. They'll resume that game Thursday at 6 p.m. which means the regularly scheduled Bryan Hall Luau Night will get an early start. Fans are encouraged to wear their Hawaiian shirts to the game to be entered to win a trip for two to Maui to watch the Caps play.

Bryan Hall will be on hand to throw out the first pitch in the second half of Thursday's doubleheader. Luau Night will be filled with all kinds of Hawaiian fun. All the fans attending the game will receive a lei, there'll be a pig roast out front and Hawaiian hot dogs served throughout the night. The tiki torches will be fired up with loads of Luau fun scattered throughout the game.

Any fan with a ticket to Wednesday's rain suspended game will be able to redeem their ticket at the TELUS Field Box Office for any remaining Capitals home game including the first ever Bryan Hall Luau night.

The Edmonton Capitals are Edmonton's first choice for professional baseball and family entertainment. Capitals season seats start at under $9 per game and individual game tickets are available for just $10 every game. Tickets are available at all Ticketmaster locations, the TELUS Field Box Office during regular business hours, at (780) 414-GOAL (4625) or online at capsbaseball.ca.
