Edmonton Capitals News Release

Edmonton, AB - The North American League announced today the selections for its All-League All-Star Team. These players represent the best in the league at their positions in 2011 and among them are four members of the Edmonton Capitals - the 2011 North American League Champions. They include relief pitcher Tom Boleska, catcher Lou Santangelo, shortstop Enrique Cruz and the recently honoured North American League MVP Todd Linden.

"All four of our players are very deserving of this honour and each of them made a big contribution to our team's success this championship season." said Caps Director of Baseball Operations Gord Gerlach. The four all-star selections are the second most of any North American League team and the ball club would like to congratulate all fours players on this terrific accomplishment.
