Battle Creek, Mich. - Cam Wysocki (L, 0-3) threw an eight inning complete game in a 4-1 loss to the Eau Claire Express (18-12) as the Battle Creek Bombers (13-17) were officially eliminated from playoff contention Monday night.

Wysocki tossed the Bombers' first complete game of the year, and was also the first Bombers' pitcher to throw into the eighth inning. He allowed just two earned runs while striking out a batter without allowing a walk. Jose Vizcaino Jr. pitched in with three hits including an RBI-single. Greg Harisis hit his second home run against Battle Creek this season in the eighth inning.

The Bombers mustered up one run on five hits against starter Brandon Jackson (W, 2-1). The lone run came in the fourth inning on a Drew Carlile sacrifice fly. Matt Trowbridge (S, 4) came in for a quick 1-2-3 ninth inning.

Battle Creek travels to Minnesota on Tuesday for the first time this season as they will face off against the Rochester Honkers. Tyler Gonzalez (0-0) dons the mound for the Bombers.
