Round Rock Express News Release
OKLAHOMA CITY - Chad Tracy roped an RBI triple in the third inning to snap a 2-2 tie as the Oklahoma City RedHawks beat the Round Rock Express 3-2 on Thursday night at AT&T Bricktown Ballpark. The Express (2-6) lost three straight against the RedHawks (5-3) after winning Monday's series opener.
Gregorio Petit singled with one out in the inning and then reached second on a sacrifice bunt by leadoff hitter Craig Gentry. Esteban German then drove in Petit and scored on the ensuing triple by Tracy.
Round Rock had a chance to tie the game in the ninth as the leadoff hitter Matt Kata reached on a walk and then moved to second on a ground ball out but was stranded as the next two hitters couldn't bring him in.

Relievers Jailen Peguero and Clay Kapada then tossed two scoreless frames, striking out five in a row at one point. Omar Beltre (1) earned his first save of the season.
Express starter Andy Van Hekken (1-1) was saddled with the loss, after giving up the three earned runs in 5.2 innings. He allowed seven hits while striking out six and walking one batter. Relievers Jonah Bayliss and Gary Majewski threw 2.1 innings, combining to give up only one hit.
Jason Bourgeous was 2-for-4 on the night, scoring a run and finishing with three steals. He leads the Pacific Coast League in that category with nine swipes. Chris Shelton (1-for-4) also extended his hitting streak to eight games.
