Orlando City SC News Release

ORLANDO - February 26, 2015- Orlando City Soccer Club today announced the newest member of its growing partner family - Experience Kissimmee, which is the official destination marketing organization for Osceola County. Per Club policy, deal terms were not disclosed.

Osceola County and Orlando City have a pre-existing relationship as one of the public funding partners (along with Orange and Seminole counties and the City of Orlando) for the Lions' new downtown Orlando stadium scheduled to open next season. Osceola County was also the home of Orlando City's final season in USL PRO at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex.

Through this partnership, Experience Kissimmee will primarily target the Club's international, specifically Brazilian, fan base by sponsoring monthly features and other content on the Orlando City Brazil Facebook page, as well as leveraging other co-marketing initiatives aimed at the wider tourism market.

"We are so grateful for our public partners such as Osceola County. We have always said our Club will bring benefits across the entire Central Florida region - and this is further proof of us delivering on the promises we made to the local community," said Orlando City Founder and President Phil Rawlins. "We look forward to working closely with Experience Kissimmee to attract more tourists to our region to enjoy everything we have to offer, especially the thrill and excitement of watching the Lions take the pitch in 2015 as part of MLS."

"Through this exciting partnership with Orlando City Soccer Club, we see immense opportunities to introduce Kissimmee to thousands of soccer fans and international visitors," said DT Minich, Experience Kissimmee President and CEO.

Noting soccer's popularity in Brazil, Minich said the partnership with Orlando City also helps extend his organization's outreach and positions Kissimmee as an ideal choice for Brazilians visiting nearby theme parks and attractions. In recent years, according to Minich, more Brazilians visit the Orlando and Kissimmee area than any other overseas market.

This partnership further strengthens Orlando City's ties throughout the region. Seminole County is the home to the Lions' training facility at Sylvan Lake Park and the Orlando City Youth Soccer at Seminole Soccer Complex. In addition, Orange County and the City of Orlando will serve as the home of the new downtown stadium.

Orlando City will host several events leading up to March 8 as part of Operation #FillTheBowl. Admission to many of these events includes a ticket to the historic first game. More information is available at www.OrlandoCitySC.com/FillTheBowl .
