ESTERO, FL - The Florida Everblades wrapped up this past week's action with a 0-2-1 record in three home games against Cincinnati. Overall, the Everblades enter this week's action with a record of 21-16-2 (44 pts., T-2nd South Division.)

THIS WEEK (All Times Eastern)

Tuesday & Saturday, January 11 & 15 at Gwinnett Gladiators Both Games: 7:05 p.m.

GAME NOTES: The Everblades visit Gwinnett for just the second time this season as the two South Division rivals meet for the sixth and seventh of 12 times this season. In their lone visit to Gwinnett back on October 23, the Everblades dropped a 5-2 decision to the Gladiators. Overall the Everblades are 3-2-0 vs. Gwinnett this season. All-time the Everblades are 35-29-8 vs. Gwinnett and are 14-19-2 all-time on the road vs. the Gladiators. Gwinnett enters this week with a record of 17-17-5 (39 pts., 4th, South Division).

Thursday, January 13 at Greenville Road Warriors 7:05 p.m.

GAME NOTES: The Everblades and Road Warriors meet up for the 10th of 15 times this season and for the seventh and final time at the BI-LO Center in Greenville. This season the Everblades are 3-6-0 vs. the Road Warriors and are 2-4-0 at Grenville. The last time the teams met the Everblades picked up a 5-1 win over the Road Warriors on December 15 at Greenville. The Road Warriors enter this week's action winless in their last three games and with an overall record of 23-10-2 (48 pts., 1st South Division) and a record of 13-4-1 at home.

Friday, January 14 at South Carolina Stingrays 7:05 p.m.

GAME NOTES: The Everblades head to Charleston, SC for another tussle with their longest standing rival in the ECHL. Friday's game is the sixth of 13 between the South Division rivals and the sixth of eight at the North Charleston Coliseum. This season the Everblades are 2-2-1 vs. South Carolina, with all five games coming on the road. All-time the Everblades are 57-36-14 vs. South Carolina and are 30-16-7 all-time on the road vs. the Stingrays. South Carolina enters this week with a record of 21-14-2 (44pts., T-2nd South Division) and are 14-5-2 at home.

Player of the Week Nominee: This week's Everblades player of the week nominee is Francis Lemieux who picked up six points (2g, 4a) in the three games this past week and was a plus-2 rating.

Special Teams Breakdown: Entering this week, here's a look at the Everblades power play and penalty killing: On the power play the Everblades rank 5th in the ECHL at 19.6 % (39-of-199)...at home the Blades are ranked 8th in the league at 18.9 % (17-of-90)...on the road the Everblades rank 6th at 20.5 % (22-of-109). On the penalty kill the Everblades find themselves first in the ECHL at 88.8 % (158-of-178)...at home the Everblades enter the week ranked 3rd at 88.6 % (78-of-88)...on the road the Blades are currently 3rd at 87.3 % (80-of-90).

League Leaders: Coming into this week the Everblades sport the league's top two scorers with Mitch Fadden leading the way with 51 points and Francis Lemieux second with 44 points. Fadden also leads the ECHL in assists (36), power play assists (18) and power play points (22). Alex Imbeault finds himself second in the league in goals scored with 19 and leading the ECHL in power play goals with 11. Rookie forward Mike McKenzie is tied for 5th among all first-year players with his 28 points.
