Tonight, the Erie SeaWolves go for the series victory against the Trenton Thunder in the final game of a four-game series at ARM & HAMMER Park. The SeaWolves mustered just four hits in yesterday's 1-0 loss, despite getting five strong innings from starter Kyle Funkhouser. Logan Shore takes the mound for Erie in the series finale lost three straight starts. His last start against Altoona on June 4, Shore allowed two earned runs on four hits in six innings while walking a season-high four and striking out a season-high seven batters. The right-hander made one start at Trenton earlier this season on April 28, taking a loss after surrendering four runs on seven hits in five innings. Chance Adams takes the mound for Trenton making his first start with the Thunder. Adams made eight starts for Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre going 4-1 with a 3.35 ERA. He also made two appearances in relief for the Yankees going 1-0 with a 3.86 ERA. Adams was a fifth rounder by the Yankees in the 2015 draft out of Dallas-Baptist.
