----- Tonight the SeaWolves return home to begin a seven-game homestand and four-game series against the Altoona Curve (Pittsburgh Pirates). The SeaWolves won the final game of the Akron series on Wednesday afternoon, avoiding a three-game sweep. The win put the SeaWolves a game over .500 on the road and brings the club's overall record to three-games under .500...The SeaWolves have struggled at home this season and are four-games under .500 at Jerry Uht Park...Today, righty Zack Segovia takes the mound for the SeaWolves making his seventh start of the season and third against Altoona. Segovia earned his third straight win his last start at Reading on May 5. In the game, he tossed a season-high seven innings, allowing a run on four hits with two walks and two strikeouts. Erie won the game 6-2. Segovia is 1-1 in his previous two starts against the Curve...Lefty Nathan Baker takes the mound for Altoona making his seventh start and third against Erie. Baker took a no-decision in his last start against Richmond on May 5. In the game, he shut out the Flying Squirrels for seven innings on two hits with a walk and six strikeouts. He is 1-1 against the SeaWolves. In his last start against Erie on April 30, the 'Wolves touched him up for eight runs, seven earned, on nine hits in 4.1 innings...The SeaWolves will host Altoona for four games to begin the homestand. Akron will be in town for three on the back end of the homestand.
