WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. (July 1, 2014) - The Winston-Salem Dash will return home Friday for a huge weekend of activities to celebrate Fourth of July Weekend. The Dash entertain the Wilmington Blue Rocks Friday at 7 p.m., Saturday at 7 p.m. and Sunday at 5 p.m.
The best fireworks show in the Triad will light up the Winston-Salem sky after the Dash games on Friday, July 4, and Saturday, July 5, at BB&T Ballpark. Tickets for all of these games are available by calling (336) 714-2287 or visiting wsdash.com. The Dash are encouraging fans to purchase their tickets in advance because seats are going quickly. Here is a full breakdown of the activities set for Fourth of July weekend at BB&T Ballpark:
Friday, July 4 (7 p.m.):
- Postgame fireworks, presented by WilcoHess
- A special salute to all military service members
- First pitch from new Wake Forest men's basketball coach Danny Manning
- Kids run the bases after the game
Saturday, July 5 (7 p.m.):
- Postgame fireworks, presented by Herrera Vineyards
- Burger King Value Pack Night (four Dash tickets, four Dash hats and four Burger King Combo Meal Vouchers redeemable at participating locations in the Triad for $30; this must be purchased in advance)
- Kids run the bases after the game
Sunday, July 6 (5 p.m.):
- Father-Son Night (two tickets, two hot dog and drink vouchers, an official Dash Rally Towel, pregame play catch on the field opportunity; this must be purchased in advance)
- Lowes Foods Family Sunday ($1 hot dogs and sodas through the second inning; pregame autographs)
- Kids run the bases after the game
