Wisconsin Rapids, WI-August 9th, 2011. Hey fans! Make plans to spend your Friday night in the outfield of Witter Field, as Element Mobile will present a FREE outdoor movie for all families to enjoy!
Gates to the ballpark will open at 8:00 PM Friday, August 12th for the showing of the classic baseball movie "Angels in the Outfield", which will begin playing at 8:30 PM. Fans are encouraged to bring a blanket or lawn chair, to enjoy the movie from, for this event.
Admission to the special outdoor movie is FREE and the Rafters will have concessions available for purchase throughout the evening. It is sure to be a great night out to spend with family as everyone enjoys this classic baseball film.
The Wisconsin Rapids Rafters are members of the 16-team summer collegiate Northwoods League. The Rafters will play a 70 game schedule with 35 home games in 2011.
