Edmonton, AB - The Edmonton Oil Kings final media availability of their inaugural season will go Wednesday, March 19, 2008.

The team is coming off a solid opening campaign where they battled to a record of 22 - 39 - 4 - 7, good for 55 points in 72 games. The 22 wins ties them with the Medicine Hat Tigers of 1970 - 71 for the 5th highest total by an expansion team in Western Hockey League history.

Individual meetings between the players and the coaching staff will take place in the late morning and early afternoon at the Oil Kings' dressing room at Rexall Place.

There will be a media availability starting at 11:30 a.m. and will continue until the last player meeting scheduled for 4:45 p.m.
