ECHL Announces Fines, Suspensions

PRINCETON, N.J. - The ECHL on Tuesday announced the following fines and suspensions.
Las Vegas ¬â¢ Collins Fined, Suspended
Las Vegas ¬â¢ Greg Collins has been suspended for one game and fined an undisclosed amount as a result of his actions in ECHL Game #471, Victoria at Las Vegas, on Feb. 13.
Collins is fined and suspended under Rule #28 - Supplementary Discipline.
Under the terms of the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the ECHL and the Professional Hockey Players ¬â¢ Association, player fines collected by the ECHL are given to the PHPA for its ECHL Player ¬â¢s Hardship Fund.
Collins will miss Las Vegas ¬â¢ game at Utah on Feb. 18.
Victoria ¬â¢s Kraus Fined, Suspended
Victoria ¬â¢s Tim Kraus has been suspended for one game and fined an undisclosed amount as a result of his actions in ECHL Game #471, Victoria at Las Vegas, on Feb. 13.
Kraus was assessed a spearing major and game misconduct under Rule #62.5 at 18:54 of the third period. He is fined and suspended under Rule #28 - Supplementary Discipline.
Under the terms of the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the ECHL and the Professional Hockey Players ¬â¢ Association, player fines collected by the ECHL are given to the PHPA for its ECHL Player ¬â¢s Hardship Fund.
Kraus will miss Victoria ¬â¢s game at Bakersfield on Feb. 15.
Trenton ¬â¢s Hayes Fined, Suspended
Trenton ¬â¢s Ryan Hayes has been suspended for two games and fined an undisclosed amount as a result of his actions in ECHL Game #473, Trenton at Reading, on Feb. 13.
Hayes is fined and suspended under Rule #28 - Supplementary Discipline.
Under the terms of the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the ECHL and the Professional Hockey Players ¬â¢ Association, player fines collected by the ECHL are given to the PHPA for its ECHL Player ¬â¢s Hardship Fund.
Hayes will miss Trenton ¬â¢s games at Elmira on Feb. 16 and Feb. 18.
