San Jose Earthquakes News Release
San Jose, Calif.- The San Jose Earthquakes and Recentive Analytics, Inc ("Recentive") announced today a partnership to employ Recentive's machine learning platform, Precast, to provide strategic insight and predictive analytics. Recentive's cloud based ticketing solution will be used across the Earthquakes' sales, service and marketing teams to position the organization to further engage the energized fan base. The club will utilize Precast's ticket usage, single game sales, package upgrade and retention prediction feeds ahead of and throughout the season.
"We are proud to partner with such an innovative and pioneering company in retentive analytics," said Earthquakes Vice President of Business Operations and Analytics Richard Fedesco. "We believe their technology, combined with the business side of our club, will help us better prepare and serve our great fans."

Precast enables teams across all sports to proactively engage their fans and identify opportunity before it has passed. The platform has maintained unmatched accuracy levels, operates autonomously and dynamically adapts to an ever-changing sports landscape. In addition to offering an exceptional and intuitive experience, Precast will provide the Earthquakes with post-game reporting, offering recommendations, best practices and an eye towards continuously optimizing fan engagement.
