
Earthquakes Announce 2017 Promotional Schedule

SAN JOSE, Calif. - The San Jose Earthquakes announced today the promotional schedule for the 2017 season. The schedule includes Promotional, Theme and PG&E Heritage Nights spread over Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday contests during the regular season.
Among the most notable promotional matches are Hall of Fame Night against Seattle Sounders FC on Saturday, April 8 (7:15 p.m.) with the induction of goalkeeper Joe Cannon scheduled for halftime and the annual Military Appreciation Night during the Cali Clasico against the LA Galaxy at Stanford Stadium on Saturday, July 1 (6:45 p.m.). The California Clasico at Stanford has drawn crowds of 50,000+ every year since its inception in 2012.
The Earthquakes will also celebrate Polynesian Heritage Night/Summer Luau, Portuguese Heritage Night/A&W Root Beer Float Night, and Pride Night during various matches in July and August.
The final three promotional nights of the year are Mexican Heritage Night on Saturday, Sept. 16 (7:15 p.m.) against the Houston Dynamo, Oktoberfest on Saturday, Sept. 30 (7:15 p.m.) against the Portland Timbers, and Fan Appreciation Day on Sunday, Oct. 22 (12:45 p.m.) against Minnesota United FC in the regular season finale.
