WEEK IN REVIEW
Tuesday, November 29 Eagles 6 at Fort Worth Brahmas 2
The Eagles exploded with a five-goal third period to beat the Brahmas 6-2 in their final game of a five-game road trip. Colorado headed into the third period down 2-1 after Head Coach Chris Stewart was ejected from the game. The Eagles responded with five goals in the final 11 minutes. Six different Eagles scored goals and Chris Hartsburg had three assists as the Eagles won their fourth straight game.

Friday, December 2 Eagles 3 vs. Memphis RiverKings 5
The Eagles lost their third home game in a 5-3 loss to Memphis. Colorado came back from a two-goal deficit to tie the game at three just 3:15 into the third period, but RiverKings forward Ryan Watson spoiled the comeback when he scored with three minutes remaining. Memphis added an empty net goal and continued to be the only team in the CHL that has an all-time winning record over the Colorado Eagles.

Saturday, December 3 Eagles 6 vs. Memphis RiverKings 3
The Eagles continued to bounce back from losses, this time with a 6-3 victory over the Memphis RiverKings. Colorado remained undefeated when following a loss this season (5-0-0). Chris Hartsburg tied the Eagles record for most assists in a game with helpers on the Eagles final four goals of the game, and Greg Pankewicz had three points on two goals and one assist. The Eagles scored a season-high four power play goals going 4-12 while Jeff Blair won his fourth consecutive game.

WEEK AHEAD

Radio-KKPL-FM-99.9 The Point www.999thepoint.com
Looking for their 100th win in franchise history, the Eagles will battle the Tulsa Oilers for the fourth time this season. The Eagles are 2-1 against the Oilers this season after winning a thriller in a shootout on November 19 at the BEC and again 5-4 in Tulsa after scoring three goals in 25 seconds. The Oilers victory against Colorado was a 5-1 drubbing of the Eagles back on November 18. The Eagles hold an all-time record of 11-3-0 against Tulsa including a 5-1 mark at the Maxwell Convention Center. After Tuesday's game, the Eagles and Oilers will meet four more times this season, three times at the BEC, and once more in Tulsa.

Thursday, December 8 Colorado Eagles at Bossier-Shreveport Mudbugs 6:05 p.m. MST
Radio-KKPL-FM-99.9 The Point www.999thepoint.com www.chltv.com
Colorado travels to Bossier for the final game between these two Northern Conference teams in the 2005-06 regular season. The Eagles are 2-1 against the Mudbugs this season although they have scored one fewer goal at 11-12. Bossier won the first meeting this 6-1 in the Eagles worst home loss in team history, but since that time the Eagles have reeled off two 5-3 victories. Colorado is 6-3-1 against Bossier all-time and will look to improve upon that mark on Thursday.

Friday, December 9 Colorado Eagles at Memphis RiverKings 6:05 p.m. MST
Radio-KKPL-FM-99.9 The Point www.999thepoint.com www.chltv.com
These two teams met up last week at the Budweiser Events Center. Memphis beat Colorado 5-3 the first night, but the defending champions came back and won 6-3 on Saturday night. The Eagles travel to the DeSoto Civic Center where they have never had good luck winning only once in four tries there. Memphis is the only team that has a winning record against the Eagles, but if Colorado can win both games this weekend, they will no longer have a losing record against Memphis.

CLOSING IN ON 100 - The Eagles are sitting on 99 wins in team history and will be looking for their 100th in Tuesday night's game over the Tulsa Oilers. Colorado can become the fastest team to 100 wins if they win just once more in their next five games. Currently, the Eagles have 99 wins in 142 games played, and the Laredo Bucks hold the record getting their first 100 wins in 149 games played. Colorado has a remarkable home record of 54-12-6 in 72 games played and an equally impressive road record of 45-19-6 in a little over two seasons.

NO REST FOR THE WEARY- The Eagles are currently on a four-game road trip in which they will play all four games in five days. After this trip, the Eagles will have been on the road for 17 of the last 21 days and will have played 9 of 11 games on the road. After the road trip, the Eagles will play five of their last eight games of 2005 at the Budweiser Events Center.

McGRANE PUT ON 45-DAY IR- The Eagles have had to place their second player on the 45-day injured reserve this season in center Ed McGrane. The Hamilton, Ontario native was suffered a serious knee injury on November 29th against the Fort Worth Brahmas and was placed on the IR following that game. He joins Nick Parillo on the IR, however Parillo is expected to return to the lineup in the coming weeks.

PP CLICKING- The Eagles have scored at least one power play goal in each of their last six games. Colorado is 28 for 154 on the power play this season, good enough for an 18.2% clip. The Eagles are 12 for 45 in their last six games which is a mark of 26.7%.

Eagles on The Point- 99.9 FM The Point will broadcast all of the Eagles regular and post-season games this year. Every Eagles game is also streaming on the web at www.999thepoint.com.
