Colorado Eagles News Release

FORT COLLINS, Colo. - The Colorado Eagles announced today that they have traded forward Ryan McLeod to the Texas Brahmas for a player to be named following the 2010-11 season. The transaction is similar to the one that recently brought defenseman George Bradley to Colorado in completion of Erik Adams' trade to the Allen Americans last year. For reference, forward Adam Hogg was also acquired in a "futures" deal after the 2007-08 season.

In his only season with the Eagles, McLeod accumulated 58 points (21-37-58) in 64 games, mostly as a member of the team's second line with Ed McGrane and Brett Lutes; he was the team's sixth-leading scorer in 2009-10.
