WINDSOR Colo. - The Greeley Ice Haus will host the CHL champion Colorado Eagles in an intra-squad scrimmage at 7 p.m. on Wednesday Oct. 10. The 2007-08 edition of the Eagles will be making their first public appearance at the annual event as they get ready to open the regular season in Arizona on Oct. 19.

The game will be coached by members of the Eagles staff, with broadcasters Tori Holt and Kevin McGlue leading one team against Head Equipment Manager Tony Deynzer and Head Athletic Trainer Chris Porowski. The Colorado Eagles will begin their 5th Anniversary season this October 19th against the Arizona Sundogs at the Tim's Toyota Center. The Eagles home opener is on October 24th against the Tulsa Oilers where they will look to extend their 126-game regular season sellout streak. Two exhibition games will be played -- one on the road, one at home -- on October 13th at the Broomfield Event Center and October 14th at the Budweiser Events Center, both against the Rocky Mountain Rage.
