Colorado Eagles News Release
WINDSOR, CO â The first two Eagles' playoff games are almost completely sold out, the team's front office announced today.
The Eagles host the Wichita Thunder this Friday, March 19 and Saturday, March 20 at the Budweiser Events Center in the best-of-five Round One series in the Central Hockey League (CHL) President's Cup Playoffs.
Tickets for the games went on sale at 10 a.m. Tuesday morning, and less than 100 remained by 3 p.m.
"Having a sell-out season and making the playoffs has been more than expected for a first year franchise," Director of Ticket Sales Jim Muller said.
"To now see these playoff games essentially sell out within five hours has shown the great level of fan support from Northern Colorado."
Up to 200 seats for both games may become available for sale early Friday morning. More information will be provided on possible released ticket scenarios later in the week.
